 Order Processing :
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended—but quality and care are never compromised.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide.International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Delays caused by incorrect addresses

Packages marked as delivered but sent to the wrong address provided by the customer

If you notice an error, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we work only with reliable shipping partners, issues can occasionally occur.

 

Lost Packages: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
