Shipping & Returns

We aim to pack fast, ship reliably, and make returns simple.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (sale periods may add 1 day).
  • Domestic Transit: 3–7 business days depending on service and location.
  • International Transit: 7–14 business days. Local customs may add time.
  • Tracking: Emailed when your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and service.
  • Duties/Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import fees charged by customs.
  • PO Boxes/Remote Areas: Some services may be limited. We’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
  • Lost/Damaged in Transit: If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days (domestic) or 20 days (international), email us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging.
  • Exclusions: Final-sale items, gift cards, and worn/washed items are not returnable.
  • Fees: Exchanges are free. Returns may incur a return-label fee of [$$ or “free within country”].
  • Defects/Warranty: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email photos within 7 days—we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@legacytrendmakers.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll reply with next steps and, where available, a prepaid label.
  3. Pack items securely. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, contact your bank/issuer first; then email us.

Exchanges

Tell us the size/color you want. We can reserve the replacement for 7 days after issuing your label. If the item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.
